Having regained consciousness, Isabel finds herself in her father's arms and reunites with her family. She then begins to apologize to Melody, but Melody says that she and Ivan are the ones who are truly sorry, as they realized they should've told her the truth instead of keeping it from her. Isabel explains she never meant to hurt anyone but believed she would be better as a mermaid than a girl. However, Melody assures her daughter that it doesn't matter whether she has fins or feet, as she and Ivan love Isabel for who she is on the inside; their "brave little girl". Cassim then appears where he and Isabel officially meet each other; he offers his granddaughter the option of becoming a mermaid permanently and living with him in Atlantica or living with her parents on land. However, after looking at her parents (with Melody giving her a knowing smile), Isabel says she has a better idea. The next day, she uses the trident to disintegrate the wall separating her home from the sea, and everyone from Atlantica comes to the surface to swim with the locals from the village. Isabel bumps into the Varian she met before and shyly says hi to him. All the humans, merfolk, and sea creatures unite in a circle around Cassim, Genie, Zak Young, Chuck, SpongeBob, Patrick, Melody, Ivan, and Isabel. Then Cassim uses his trident's magic to form a rainbow in the sky. As Chicha finds out that Sully truly loves her as he lies on the ground, apparently dead from his injuries, she begins weeping over his loss and sadly whispers that she loves him, just as the final petal from the enchanted rose falls off, breaking the spell. Chicha watches in amazement as Sully is revived and transforms back into Pacha. Chicha studies him carefully, recognizing him as the peasant from the portrait in the West Wing, and seeing that he still has the same eyes, she says "It is you!" The two kiss, turning the servants back into their human selves and transforming the castle back into its original elegance. The last scene shows Chicha and Pacha admiring each other in the ballroom as her father; Vladimir and the servants happily watch them, while Kenai and Hercules argue again and a redeemed Neo Queen Serenity, magically appears outside the castle, watching the happy incident, whispering-congratulates Chicha for breaking her spell.
